This is a combination treatment which involves various techniques to relieve chronic pain and tension, inflammation and improve mobility and flexibility. This treatment is a fantastic choice for anyone experiencing chronic pain or dealing with a sports injury.

CUPPING

An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping is an effective massage and healing technique. It can help with pain, inflammation, blood and lymphatic flow; it eases emotional stress, promotes relaxation and wellbeing.

Myofascial Release

MFR is a specialised treatment that releases restrictions within the fascial network (connective tissue). Treatment involves gentle, sustained pressure. Highly effective for chronic pain, tight muscles and tension headaches.

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

Lymphatic drainage is a specialised, gentle type of massage treatment, designed to stimulate the lymphatic system. It involves gentle pressure and slow, regular movements. MLD is a gentle yet powerful treatment that promotes cleansing of the body, encouraging deep relaxation and relieving pain.

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

ABHYANGA - AYURVEDIC OIL MASSAGE

Abhyanga, or Ayurvedic oil massage, is a soothing and relaxing full body treatment that involves long, flowing strokes and circular motions. Using warm herb infused oils, this holistic treatment aims to relieve emotional and physical stress.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai massage involves massage techniques (thumb, palm, feet and elbow pressure) and passive yoga-like stretches. The treatment takes place fully clothed on a mat at floor level. It improves mobility, circulation and digestion, reduces levels of stress, and releases physical tension to relieve aches and pains.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE (THAI REFLEXOLOGY)

Massage of the feet and lower legs, which involves applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet.
