YOGA CLASSES, WORKSHOPS & COURSES

In participating in a Yoga Untangled class or workshop and as a condition of my participation, I AGREE to the following terms and conditions:

• I will participate in class if in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga exercises.
• I agree to stop participating during class if I experience dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time, and I agree to consult a qualified doctor before I attend another class.
• I agree to take full responsibility for managing any injuries or conditions during my practice. I acknowledge that participation in this physical activity could constitute a risk of serious injury or death.
• I acknowledge that this risk is increased if I am practicing online, without the supervision of a teacher.
• I will follow all instructions given by Yoga Untangled teacher and I acknowledge that any failure to do so will be at your own risk and may cause injury.
• I understand that classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice
• I acknowledge that classes and workshops have to be paid for prior and are non-refundable and non-transferable (The cancellation fee may be waived at Yoga Untangled’s discretion.)

MASSAGE TREATMENTS

In booking a Yoga Untangled massage treatment, I AGREE to the following terms and conditions:

• I will complete a consultation form prior to treatment (occasionally a GP/Consultant permission may be required before treatments can be provided)
• I will let the therapist know in advance if I can no longer attend the appointment (more than 24h)
• I understand that any late cancellation of less than 24h and no-shows will be charged full advertised price
• I understand that any late arrival will shorten my appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment
• I understand that any inappropriate behaviour or intoxication will result in treatment refusal and I will be charged for the therapist’s time (full advertised price)
• I understand that a client under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, who must give permission for the treatment to be performed. The adult must co-sign the client’s consultation form. The adult must be present in the room throughout the treatment.

Gift vouchers and block booking must be paid upfront and used within 6 months of purchase.

If you have a gift voucher or block booking and cancel within 24h of your scheduled appointment, you will lose that gift voucher or treatment from your block.
