Yoga

I offer a variety of classes for all levels of experience: you can expect to gain strength, improve your mobility and gain self-awareness. All without dogma or dramatic postures. Every class has a bit of everything – breath work, movement, a challenge and some fun, and deep relaxation at the end.

WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES IN BARRHEAD

My weekly classes are a combination of mindful vinyasa flow and slower yin practices. All classes are beginner friendly.

1:1 YOGA

1:1 sessions are adapted to serve you in the best possible way: individualised classes and undivided attention can help you develop your poses, improve your strength and deepen your understanding of where your body is at. KIDS & TEENS YOGA

Classes focus on increasing physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and include appropriate exercises in mindfulness, imaginative play, storytelling and breathing. The goal is to build children’s and young people’s confidence, self-esteem, body awareness, and ability to manage stress and emotions in a playful and non-competitive environment.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practised sitting on a chair or using a chair for support while standing. It is open to all, suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. People with limited mobility, office workers, seniors, and people recovering from injuries and individuals suffering from chronic conditions might find chair based yoga especially beneficial.
